UAE - Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA), Emirates Telecommunications Group (Etisalat), and Trend Micro Incorporated have launched Cyber Eye, an initiative aiming to boost the Abu Dhabi Government entities’ cybersecurity capabilities.
Cyber Eye deploys the first of its kind technology and systems to identify cyber threats, reduce risks, and increase protection to promote the security of Abu Dhabi government entities’ digital assets, according to a press release on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the Cyber Eye initiative also tackles the issue of infrastructure visibility and will help in optimising resilience across government entities.
The Director General of the ADDA, Mohamed Abdelhameed Al Askar, said: "As we move forward, we are incorporating best-in-class solutions to protect government infrastructure and ensure the integrity and safety of all its digital assets."
Meanwhile, the Senior Vice President of Government Sales of Etisalat, Abdulla Ebrahim Al Ahmed, commented: "Through the work on the "Cyber Eye" initiative, we will enhance our contribution to achieving the government vision in securing the highest level of digital security."
