Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) has approved a cash dividend distribution, equivalent to 37% of the capital, for 2021.
The cash dividend payout aggregates at a total value of AED 2.57 billion, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2021, the bank's net profits attributable to the equity holders hiked by around 38% to AED 5.24 billion, compared to AED 3.81 billion in 2020.
