Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: AD Ports Group has reached a five-year agreement with ADNOC Logistics & Services (ADNOC L&S) to operate a new facility in the Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD).
Spanning over 180,000 square metres, the facility will be used to store polyolefin products manufactured by Borouge, a petrochemical provider specialised in innovative polyolefin solutions, according to a press release on Tuesday.
The agreement was signed after AD Ports had sold the facility, developed as an advanced polymers storage hub in 2021, to ADNOC L&S in early 2022.
ADNOC L&S will be the primary owner of the facility, while AD Ports will run its operations to meet the needs of Borouge as the end-user.
