AD Ports announces resignation of Logistics Cluster’s CEO

Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: AD Ports Group has stated that Robert Sutton resigned from his post as the CEO of Logistics Cluster, which became effective on 30 August 2022, according to a bourse disclosure.

Meanwhile, Farooq Al Zeer, Chairman of Logistics Cluster, will handle the CEO’s responsibilities during the transition period until further notice.

The ADX-listed company recently appointed Ammar Mubarak Al Shaiba as the Acting CEO of its Maritime Cluster.

In the first six months (6M) of 2022, the net profits attributable to the owners of AD Ports enlarged to AED 602.69 million from AED 402.70 million during the same period a year earlier.
