Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: AD Ports Group has inked a head of terms agreement with Uzbekistan-based Enter Engineering Group to launch joint venture companies that offer logistics and freight forwarding services in Uzbekistan.
The new businesses will provide services, including air, sea, land and rail logistics, warehousing, contract logistics, and customs clearance, according to a recent press release.
The group will also support Enter Engineering Group’s work on tenders in the UAE, with a focus on the energy sector.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, AD Ports posted a rise in net profits attributable to the owners to AED 304.92 million from AED 216.06 million in the year-ago period.
