Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: AD Ports Group has inked an agreement with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and HHLA, a Hamburg-based port and logistics company, to raise the use cases of clean hydrogen and its derivatives in harbour and maritime operations.
The companies will cooperate in launching clean hydrogen supply chains between Khalifa Port in the UAE and Hamburg in Germany, according to a press release on Monday.
The agreement will also enable HHLA to deliver clean hydrogen and transport hydrogen-related products within Germany.
Meanwhile, AD Ports Group will explore the export logistics of low-carbon ammonia demonstration cargos.
