Riyadh – Mubasher: ACWA Power Company witnessed a 102.96% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 1.54 billion in 2022, versus SAR 758.79 million.
Revenues went up by 0.77% to SAR 5.27 billion as of 31 December 2022 from SAR 5.23 billion in 2021, according to the annual income statements.
The earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 2.11 last year, compared to SAR 1.04 during the January-December 2021 period.
Last January, the company’s board proposed cash dividends worth SAR 606.81 million for 2022.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the Tadawul-listed firm generated SAR 883.42 million in net profit after Zakat and tax, higher by 110.37% YoY than SAR 419.94 million.
