Riyadh – Mubasher: Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services (2P Perfect Presentation) extended a Sharia-compliant facility deal with Al Rajhi Bank at a value of SAR 150 million.
The Saudi company will use the proceeds to finance new project contracts as well as issue letters of credit and guarantee, according to a bourse filing.
2P Perfect Presentation obtained the financing, which is valid until 30 September 2024, on 1 October 2023.
Meanwhile, the facility deal is guaranteed by a promissory note with the amount of the total loan limit.
Last September, 2P Perfect Presentation renewed its SAR 306.18 million financing agreement with Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB).
