| Mr. Lee Chiong Meng, Malaysian, aged 54, was appointed as an Independent Non Executive Director of the Company on 27 November 2017 at ACME Holdings Berhad. He is an architect by profession. He graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University Technology Malaysia (UTM) in 1994 and obtained ‘The Best Designer’ in Architecture Award during his final year thesis. He has developed a working experience in architecture practice, urban planning on real estate properties from various countries such as Abu Dhabi UAE, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and Malaysia.
