| Dato’ Seri Tee Eng Ho, a Malaysian, male, aged 60, was appointed to the Board of Eastern & Oriental Berhad on 1 June 2017 as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. He was redesignated as Executive Chairman on 12 May 2021.
