| Barry Portnoy | Mr. Barry M. Portnoy has been one of our Managing Directors since 2006. Mr. Portnoy has been a Managing Trustee of CWH, HPT, SNH and GOV since 1986, 1995, 1999 and 2009, respectively. He has been a Managing Director of Five Star since 2001. Mr. Portnoy is an owner of RMR and of RMR Advisors.
