Cairo - Mubasher: Zahraa Maadi Investment and Development announced that the payment date of the 2025 cash dividends, according to a bourse filing.
The real estate developer will distribute the first installment, valued at EGP 0.10 per share, on 30 April.
Meanwhile, the second tranche, valued at EGP 0.15 per share, will be paid on 31 August.
Last month, the shareholders of Zahraa Maadi greenlighted the distribution of EGP 250 million in cash dividends for 2025 over two installments.
The EGX-listed firm logged EGP 712.26 million in net profits after tax in 2025, up 34.64% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 529.01 million.
