مباشر: أعلنت شركة ميزة كيو اس تي بي ذ.م.م، الرائدة في خدمات مراكز البيانات وخدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات المدارة، عن إبرام اتفاقية للاستحواذ على حصة أغلبية في شركة بلاك آرو للخدمات والأنظمة الأمنية ذ.م.م، المتخصصة في حلول الأنظمة المتكاملة، وأنظمة الأمن، والأنظمة السمعية والبصرية، وأنظمة التكنولوجيا التشغيلية، والتي تعمل في دولة قطر.

وسيتم تنفيذ الصفقة من خلال الشركة التابعة المملوكة بالكامل لشركة ميزة كيو اس تي بي، شركة ميزة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات ذ.م.م.

كما سيتم استكمال إتمام الصفقة بعد الحصول على كافة الموافقات التنظيمية والاعتمادات ذات الصلة.
