Riyadh – Mubasher: Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction registered SAR 396.34 million in net profit during the first half (H1) of 2025, marking an annual leap of 106.25% from SAR 192.16 million.
The revenues stood at SAR 1.17 billion as of 30 June 2025, higher by 53.94% than SAR 760.75 million in H1-24, according to the interim financial results.
Earnings per share (EPS) reached SAR 0.29 in H1-25, up year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 0.15.
Results for Q2-25
In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, the group recorded 26.32% YoY higher net profits at SAR 236.68 million, compared to SAR 187.36 million.
Revenues grew by 16.11% to SAR 669.18 million in April-June 2025 from SAR 576.32 million in Q2-24.
Quarterly, the Q2-25 profits hiked by 48.24% from SAR 159.66 million in January-March 2025, while the revenues increased by 33.30% from SAR 501.98 million.
