Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange’s (QSE) general index lost 453.35 points, or 4.33%, to 10,027.7 points in a week.
Market capitalisation declined by 4.74% to QAR 558.73 billion ($153.46 billion) over the week from QAR 586.51 billion ($161.08 billion) a week earlier.
The banking, insurance, real estate, industry, and transport sectors went down 5.6%, 5.19%, 4.88%, 4.54%, and 2.06%, respectively.
The QSE’s trading volume reached 44.1 million shares over the week, while the market’s liquidity hit QAR 1.12 billion.
