Important decisions resolved by the Board of directors in its meeting held on 9 March 2015 at Company's office in Rusayl:
- The members agreed to appoint Mr. Fabio Ignazio Romeo as Chairman
- The members agreed to appoint Ms. Lara Caroline Mahmoud Hansen in the Vice Chairmanship position
- The members agreed to appoint Jad Atallah as the Company Secretary
