Earnings per share (EPS) hit EGP 0.009 in H1-25, compared to a loss per share worth EGP 0.001 in the same period of 2024, according to the financial results.
The company achieved sales amounting to EGP 696.95 million in the first six months (6M) of 2025, an annual surge of 104.02% from EGP 341.59 million.
Standalone Results
As of 30 June 2025, the EGX-listed company suffered standalone net losses worth EGP 24.45 million, against a net profit of EGP 95.13 million a year earlier.
Loss per share stood at EGP 0.003 during the January-June 2025 period, versus EPS worth EGP 0.01 in H1-24.
Financial Statements for Q2-25
In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, the consolidated net profits reached EGP 101.22 million, reflecting a 300.86% year-on-year (YoY) leap from EGP 25.25 million. Sales hiked to EGP 430.35 million from EGP 125.13 million.
Arab Developers incurred higher non-consolidated net losses at EGP 19.39 million in Q2-25, compared with EGP 19.09 million in Q2-24. Loss per share remained unchanged at EGP 0.002.
