Doha-Mubasher: Al Meera Consumer Goods Company decided to terminate negotiations on an indirect acquisition of Spinneys, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.
Al Meera announced earlier that it will complete a full acquisition of Spinneys Qatar through subsidiary Al Meera Holding Company in a deal valued at $30 million.
